Soil: Calcareous, slightly sandy silty of marble origin.

Vinification: In white with cold pre-fermentative maceration of the skins.
Aging 6 months on the fine lees in stainless steel.

Tasting notes Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, pleasantly enveloping and intense, ethereal aromas of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus notes prevail. The palate possesses excellent vitality and a phenomenal acid vein. Structured and mineral with a long and pleasantly crunchy finish.
