Collection: Domaine Gachot-Monot

Domaine Gachot-Monot has a long history behind it. It was created way back in 1890 in Corgoloin, a border town between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. Five generations of the family have succeeded in running the estate, which is now run by Damien and Liselotte Gachot. Damien, after his oenological training and an experience in California, joined the company, working alongside his mother to give new impetus to the business.

The Domaine covers 14 hectares, divided into several parcels, which are located in the communes of Corgoloin, Comblanchien and Nuits Saint Georges in the Côte de Nuits. The vineyards are planted almost exclusively with Pinot Noir, according to a philosophy of maximum respect for the land and the environment. The wines are produced following the great Burgundy tradition, in the constant search for quality and the best expression of the peculiarities of the terroir.
