Collection: Domaine Cyrot-Buthiau

Paul-Joseph Cyrot, at the time manager of the Château de Pommard then of the Clos de Tart in Morey-Saint-Denis, founded the Domaine in the 1920s. In addition to his activity in these two prestigious estates, he has acquired vineyards in Pommard. Since then, four generations have succeeded the Domaine, each bringing new vineyard plots: Burgundy, Volnay, Maranges 1er Cru, Santenay 1er Cru, Pommard and Pommard 1er Cru, all exceptional terroirs for Pinot Noir. In 1989, Olivier, his great-grandson, took over the estate and, with his wife Fabienne, today they take care of and vinify the 6 hectares of property.

They work in full respect of nature and the terroir, putting the utmost care in the vinification to obtain elegant, fruity and long-aged wines. From the vine to the bottle, the goal is the quality of the wines with respect for this important terroir.
