IPARCELLARI

IPARCELLARI was born from the passion for the wines of Davide Canina professional Piedmontese sommelier, even before their quality, for the concept of production rooted in the expression of a wine through its territory.

During his visits to Italy and abroad he fell in love with the deep bond that companies have for the Parcellare production of wines, or rather for the exasperation of the production of wines in the wine-growing area through the different lieux-dits or climat.

Parcel (lieux-dits) represents a defined and limited space within an officially registered plot of land.

A set of parcels can be considered a parcel (climat).

In 2019, together with Monica Pedrotto - life partner and co-creator of the project, the IParcellari adventure begins. From the meeting with Agostino Malvicino, director of the Produttori di Govone at that time, the idea of ​​making the most of the 300 hectares of the members was realized through a parcel selection of the best vineyards to produce wines of the highest quality of the Piedmont area under the label UNESCO, the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

Hence their motto: ONE VINEYARD, ONE PLOT, ONE WINE.

At the beginning of 2022, Maurizio Gily joins the team as an agronomist consultant. The goal is to improve the management of the vineyards to better face the challenge of climate change and to search for new parcels and new vines to produce.
