This wine comes from the assembly of three parcels with a total area of 1.8 hectares.
The harvest, both manual and in boxes, is followed by the cooling of the grapes and the start of fermentation. After 4 days of vinification in steel, the must is transferred to barriques (new and used) where it completes fermentation and matures for 9 months.
