Domaine de Pouilly

Domaine de Pouilly is located in the commune of Solutré-Pouilly, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, in southern Burgundy. Covering an area of ​​approximately 20 hectares, the Domaine is now managed by the two brothers, Vincent and Pierre-Antoine Besson.

Winemakers for 5 generations, they work with savoir-faire between tradition and modernity and with the desire to produce quality wines. The clayey-limestone soils give grapes and wines of great character with nuances linked to the terroirs and vintages.

The grapes come from sustainable agriculture, which respects and preserves the soil and the vines as much as possible. Many vineyards enjoy a high average age of around 50 years.

The refinement takes place in oak barrels and vats and the vinification and bottling are carried out within the estate.
