Collection: Freedl

Freedl is an innovative project born in Lana, South Tyrol, within the historic Pfefferlechner brewery and inn. Founded by Maria-Elisabeth Laimer, it represents one of the most interesting realities in the non-alcoholic beverage landscape, aiming to create high-quality products without compromising on taste.

At the heart of the project is a craft brewery that, since 2019, has been among the first in Italy to specialize exclusively in non-alcoholic beers. Here, beverages are produced with an innovative approach: instead of removing alcohol, a specific fermentation process is used to prevent its formation, thus preserving aromas and structure.

In addition to beers, Freedl has also developed a line of sparkling teas, fizzy drinks made from tea and alpine herbs, designed as a non-alcoholic alternative to sparkling wine. The flagship product is Amantè, made with selected teas and herbs from South Tyrol, naturally fermented to achieve aromatic complexity, balance between sweetness and acidity, and a pleasant depth of flavor.

The production philosophy is based on natural ingredients, often local, without added sugars or artificial flavors, and a strong connection to the alpine territory. The beers – such as Classic, Calma, or Citrino – express freshness, drinkability, and precision, while the sparkling teas stand out for their elegance and versatility at the table.

More than just a brewery, Freedl represents a new drinking culture: contemporary, conscious, and inclusive, capable of offering a refined experience even without alcohol.
