Winemaking
The grapes for this wine were selected from vineyards in the Marlborough sub-regions, including the Wairau Valley. The grapes were carefully monitored throughout the ripening process and harvested when they had reached optimum development and maturity. Transported quickly to the cellar and pressed with minimal skin contact, the resulting juice was cold fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromas.
