Collection: Enzo Boglietti

Enzo Boglietti is a family-run farm that annually produces about 100,000 bottles with grapes coming exclusively from about 22 hectares of owned vineyards. The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Barolo, Monforte, Roddino, Serralunga and Sinio, and have 5 crus: Brunate, Case Nere, Fossati, Boiolo of the Municipality of La Morra and Arione of the Municipality of Serralunga.

In 1991, Enzo, together with his father Renato, for the first time vinified the grapes from their family vineyards. Thus it was that, relying on the precious advice of producer friends such as Alessandro Fantino, Roberto Voerzio, Andrea Oberto and Eraldo Viberti, their adventure in wine began.

Using the organic certificate since 2017, the family places emphasis on limiting the use of sulphites, clarifications and filtration as much as possible; moreover, no type of oenological tannin is used. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations of all wines occur spontaneously. All Barolo crus are bottled unfiltered.
