Soil: Calcareous, slightly sandy-silty of marly origin.

Vinification: White vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration of the skins.
Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, pleasantly enveloping and intense, ethereal aromas of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus notes prevail. The palate has excellent vitality and a phenomenal acidic vein. Structured and mineral with a long and pleasantly crisp finish.

Bottles produced: 7400 + 500 Magnum

Serving temperature: 10°-12°

Alcohol content: 13.5%
