Domaine Beaufumé

Located northwest of Chablis in Lignorelles, Domaine Beaufumé has been a family business for several generations. Owners and growers, it is found in the appellations of Chablis and Petit Chablis. Their vineyards, planted on clayey-limestone soils, extend over 18 hectares between Lignorelles and Villy. The average age of the vines is 35 years and some even exceed 80 years of age.

The Domaine has always cultivated its vineyards according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. The work of the land (ploughing) is essential to protect and respect their very particular terroir, which gives the finesse and minerality of their Chablis.

Since May 2021, Domaine Beaufumé has been certified HVE3 (High Environmental Value Level 3).
