Designation: Quality traditional method Brut Nature sparkling wine.

Training method: Guyot

Sandy, silty, clay soil, sub-alkaline, poor in organic matter.

Vinification: White wine vinification at controlled temperature. Aged on the lees for 30 months.
Tasting notes: Intense and brilliant golden yellow color. Fine bouquet of flowers and yellow fruit, with notes of pastry and citrus fruits. The palate is rich, but pleasantly tense with a pronounced acidity that supports the wine on the palate and contributes to a long, tense, mineral finish.
A remarkable traditional method wine in terms of balance, density, and elegance. Excellent as an aperitif but can also be successfully paired with any dish.
