100% Chardonnay

A seductive wine. It provides the taster with immediate pleasure thanks to its expressive aromas. This "pleasure" wine is within the reach of all taste buds, to drink with friends, as an aperitif or with simple dishes, such as ham with parsley, trout in butter, goat cheese.

Pressing:
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, then the must rests for 12 to 24 hours at a temperature of 18°C, favoring natural sedimentation.
Yeasts:
Fermentation with natural yeasts, specific to the region.

Fermentation:
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats.
The malolactic fermentation takes place 100% naturally.

Refinement:
Aging for ten months, 100% in stainless steel tanks, on the fine lees.
