Wine Tasting Notes The wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it has a good fruit of ripe blackberry. The balsamic note is very intense, with medicinal herbs and a very spicy finish (clove, juniper). In the mouth, it presents a good balance between freshness and tannin, which makes it very pleasant to drink. The final aftertaste is very persistent, where the balsamic and spicy sensations of the olfactory bouquet are found again.
