Wine tasting The wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose has good ripe blackberry fruit. The balsamic note, medicinal herbs and a very spicy finish (clove, juniper) are very intense. In the mouth it shows a good balance between freshness and tannin which makes it very pleasant to drink. Very persistent final aftertaste where we find the balsamic and spicy sensations of the olfactory bouquet.
