Wine tasting The wine has a pale ruby color tending towards garnet. On the nose we find a fruit reminiscent of plum and a delicate note of violet. The sweet spicy sensation from cinnamon to licorice and a citrus spice at the end (Timut pepper) is very intense. In the mouth it has a good body with a very persistent silky tannin and a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.
