Wine Tasting Notes The wine has a pale ruby color with a garnet hue. On the nose, we find a fruit reminiscent of plum and a delicate violet note. The sweet spicy sensation is very intense, ranging from cinnamon to liquorice, and finally, a citrusy spice (Timut pepper). On the palate, it has good body with a very persistent silky tannin and a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.
