This is a special cuvée that comes from a plot with the same name "Les Chaillots" in old Burgundian French meaning "Les Cailloux" (the pebbles) which exactly describes this plot where the soil is very stony with natural drainage.

The soil produces complex wines that express themselves in fruity notes of cherry, blackberry and undergrowth.

This wine should be consumed within 5-7 years of bottling. It goes well with red meats, game or meat dishes with sauce
