Château Fleur Ursuline is produced on the terraces of Figeac between Saint Emilion and Pomerol, on the property of a former convent.

The soil here is composed of a mixture of clay, silica and iron crystals covering a deep layer of gravel, and is located at a height of 25 meters above the level of the Dordogne River. The vines have an average age of 50 years and are meticulously cared for while respecting the surrounding flora and fauna.

After a selection by density of the grapes, the vinification without added sulphites is carried out in thermoregulated stainless steel vats which allow for better extraction of tannins and aromas. The wines are aged for two to three years depending on the vintage, then left to rest in the cellar after being bottled. The result is a natural, full-bodied wine with a complex nose and a finish of velvety tannins.
