Château Fleur Ursuline is produced on the terraces of Figeac between Saint Emilion and Pomerol, on the property of a former convent.

The soil here is a mixture of clay crystals, silica and iron overlying a deep layer of gravel, and is situated 25 metres above the Dordogne River. The vines have an average age of 50 years and are meticulously cared for with respect for the surrounding flora and fauna.

After a selection of the grapes by density, the vinification without added sulphites is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats that allow for better extraction of tannins and aromas. The wines are aged for two to three years depending on the vintage, then left to rest in the cellar after being bottled. The result is a natural, full-bodied wine with a complex nose and a finish of velvety tannins.
