PRODUCTION
Vinification: Manual selection, fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 20 days in stainless steel, half of which with submerged cap
Refinement: 10 months in 25 Hl Austrian oak barrels 10 months in 25 Hl French oak barrels
Tasting: Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose is clean and intense, reminiscent of ripe fruit and alcohol. In the mouth the tannin is balanced and sensations of spices and undergrowth emerge.
Pairings: Red meats, game, truffles and aged cheeses
