Vineyards: Sandy and limestone vineyards located in southern Spain
Vinification: Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats for further dealcolysis by vacuum distillation with recovery of aromas. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
Tasting Notes: It is an elegant pale colored wine with a ripe apple bouquet. Beautifully tart with a touch of sweetness. Pairing: Mineral with fine bubbles, Noughty is the perfect non-alcoholic alternative to Champagne or wine as an aperitif alongside party nibbles and equally at home with truffle risotto or spiced food as any good Champagne.
Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay will pair well with hard cheeses like Comté or Parmesan. It will pair equally well with soft cheeses such as brie or goat cheese. When it comes to seafood, it's the perfect accompaniment to shellfish like crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels.
