The main guide to Terralsole is that great wine is made in the fields, not in the cellar. For this reason, Mario chose the Terroir very carefully, balancing the characteristics of our two clearly different Brunello vineyards to produce elegant but well-structured and above all balanced wines. Each vintage reflects the unique climatic conditions of the year while maintaining the common thread of balance and elegance that
have defined Terralsole wines.

of shell, excellent drainage

Vinification: Medium extraction in contact with the pomace with frequent pumping over
during the first fermentation. The temperature never exceeds 25°C.
