The different terroirs that make up the estate allow Jean-Paul Dubost to obtain a range of great wines. We find in its bottles, the unique minerality of each plot, the intrinsic characteristics and specificities of each vintage. The company takes the utmost care of the vine so that it can express its best and produce very ripe grapes. It will allow for very long carbonic macerations at low temperatures, which will give the estate this incomparable style: fresh, rich wines with good persistence.
