The different terroirs that make up the estate allow Jean-Paul Dubost to obtain a range of great wines. We find in its bottles the unique minerality of each plot, the intrinsic characteristics and specificities of each vintage. The company pays the utmost care to the vine so that it expresses the best of itself and produces very ripe grapes. It will allow very long low-temperature carbonic macerations to begin, which will give the estate this incomparable style: fresh, rich and persistent wines.
