The different terroirs that make up the estate allow Jean-Paul Dubost to obtain a range of great wines. We find in his bottles, the unique minerality of each plot, the intrinsic characteristics and the specificities of each vintage. The estate takes the utmost care of the vine so that it expresses the best of itself and produces very ripe grapes. It will allow very long carbonic macerations to be started at low temperatures, which will give the estate this incomparable style: fresh, rich and persistent wines.
