El Vigía de la Atalaya by Bodegas Atalaya is an organic red wine that represents the most authentic and immediate expression of the Almansa appellation. A label that enhances pure Garnacha Tintorera, expressing freshness, typicality and territorial character.

Made from 100% Garnacha Tintorera grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards, located between 700 and 1,000 meters above sea level on limestone soils, it benefits from ideal conditions to develop aromatic concentration and maintain a pleasant freshness. The winemaking follows a philosophy of minimal intervention, to preserve the identity of the grape variety and the terroir.

Visually, it presents an intense and deep cherry red. On the nose, it offers elegant and complex aromas of ripe red and black fruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and enveloping, with soft tannins and a pleasant velvety texture, leading to a long and harmonious finish.

Versatile in pairings, it goes perfectly with flavorful pasta dishes, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes and medium-aged cheeses, making it ideal for both daily consumption and convivial moments.
