The vineyards are adjacent to the Château and are enclosed by a one-hectare fence. They are cultivated with respect for nature, without herbicides. Part of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks (80%) and the other part in 600L oak demi-muids (20%), resulting in a very balanced wine. Gold medal at the Burgundy competition.


Soil: Argillaceous-limestone (Kimmeridgian)

The vineyard faces northwest across the small valley of the Crioux stream towards the vineyards on the opposite hillside (Fourneaux to the right; Mont de Milieu to the left, with the village vineyards in between). A two-acre, isolated vineyard planted in 1967 and 1985, it is cultivated as close to organic as possible. It is harvested by hand.
