LOCATION: The estate located on an old deforested scrub extends in terraces overlooking the old village of Sérignan-du-Comtat. It has 14 hectares of vineyards aged between 15 and 40 years on alluvial soil generously lined with rolled pebbles.

CHARACTERISTICS: The cuvée is 100% destemmed. Here, Syrah consolidates a Grenache with rather low yields. This wine reaches the level of the best red crus of the Côtes-du-Rhône thanks to the selection of the best grapes (old vines) and the aging for eight to twelve months in vats. In addition to its dark colour, we like to appreciate its fruity aroma and length in the mouth, for example with roasted meat.
