LOCATION: The estate located on an ancient cleared woodland extends in terraces overlooking the ancient village of Sérignan-du-Comtat. It has 14 hectares of vines aged between 15 and 40 years on an alluvial soil generously lined with pebbles rolled over.

CHARACTERISTICS: The cuvée is 100% destemmed. Here, the Syrah consolidates a Grenache with rather low yields. This wine reaches the level of the best red crus of the Côtes-du-Rhône thanks to the selection of the best grapes (old vines) and the aged for eight to twelve months in vats. In addition to its dark color, we like to capture its fruity aroma and its length in the mouth, for example with roast meat.
