The 2023 Chablis from Domaine de la Meulière is an elegant and minerally white, an authentic expression of the Burgundy terroir. Produced by a family of winemakers for nine generations, Nicolas and Vincent Laroche , the winery practices sustainable viticulture certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value).

This Chablis is vinified in stainless steel, without oak, to preserve the freshness and purity of the Chardonnay . The result is a wine of great finesse, with a balanced structure and a minerality typical of the region's limestone soils.

Tasting notes :

• Color : straw yellow with greenish reflections.

• Nose : fresh and aromatic, with hints of lemon, green apple, white flowers and mineral notes .

• Palate : dry, with good acidity , slim body and long, savoury finish.

Recommended pairings :

This Chablis pairs well with fish, shellfish, oysters, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, and fresh cheeses. Its freshness also makes it an excellent aperitif.
