The 2021 Les Deux Terres Bourgogne is a refined red that combines the freshness of Beaujolais Gamay with the finesse of Burgundy Pinot Noir . The name "Les Deux Terres" ("The Two Lands") reflects this fusion of the two terroirs, creating a wine that offers the best of both worlds.

Made from a blend of 85% Gamay and 15% Pinot Noir , the grapes come from select Beaujolais crus, such as Chénas , Fleurie , and Moulin-à-Vent , and from vineyards in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits . Vinification involves partial whole-cluster fermentation and 12 months of aging in used oak barrels, without the use of new barrels, to preserve the purity of the fruit.

• Nose : aromas of ripe red fruits, such as raspberry , cherry and wild strawberry , with notes of black pepper and light floral nuances.

• Palate : fresh and juicy, with soft tannins and a good structure, offering a long and harmonious finish.
