Vineyards: Sandy and limestone vineyards located in southern Spain
Production method: In stainless steel vats for further de-alcoholization by means of vacuum distillation with recovery of the aromas. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful classic rosé color with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.
