From the Valpolicella grapes of the family vineyards, located in the municipalities of Lavagno and Marcellise, "Mazzacanà" is born, a wine that is an expression of our idea of Valpolicella, an authentic and sincere product that praises the limestone terroirs of these valleys.

VINIFICATION:
the wine ferments in steel for 10 days, is decanted and then drawn off and placed in French oak tonneaux.
REFINEMENT:
in steel and French oak tonneaux for the following 12 months before bottling.
SENSORY NOTES:
ruby red color with coppery reflections.
On the nose it presents floral aromas, of berries, red rose, but also leather and tobacco; long, persistent and full in the mouth, with elegant and lively tannins.
