Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

Allegrini 's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is an icon of Italian wine, a masterpiece combining power, elegance, and depth. Born in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region , this wine represents the finest expression of the Verona region and the perfect blend of tradition and innovation.

The Corvina Veronese , Corvinone , Rondinella , and a small percentage of Oseleta grapes are hand-picked and subjected to the traditional drying process for about 100 days, during which they lose some of their water and concentrate their aromas, sugars, and structure. After slow, low-temperature fermentation, the wine ages extensively in barrique and then in bottle, achieving extraordinary balance and complexity.

In the glass, Allegrini Amarone displays a deep, intense garnet red . The aroma is expansive and refined, with notes of brandied cherries, dried plums, sweet spices, cocoa, and tobacco , complemented by elegant balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is rich, velvety, and harmonious , with an imposing structure perfectly balanced by a lively freshness and silky tannins. The finish is long, warm, and enveloping, with hints of ripe fruit and spice.

A symbol of the Allegrini philosophy, this Amarone embodies a dedication to quality and a deep connection to the land. It's ideal as an accompaniment to rich meat dishes, game, and mature cheeses , but it's also perfect for sipping in meditation, a wine to be slowly contemplated.

Allegrini Amarone is a timeless wine, capable of exciting with every sip and expressing, with elegance and authenticity, the great soul of Valpolicella.
