This Grillo comes from organically grown vineyards on soils composed of limestone and clay, which give the wine a fine structure and a pronounced minerality. The altitude of approximately 450 meters mitigates the summer heat and allows the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving acidity, fragrance, and aromatic definition. Mediterranean breezes and the temperature range between day and night complement a terroir that enhances the purity of the fruit.
