A vine that finds its origins in the prestigious lands of Bordeaux and its best organoleptic expression in the high lands of Treviso. From the meticulous cultivation with organic farming techniques and the careful selection of grapes, this wine recalls the intensity of wild berries and the elegance of its origin.

The selected vineyards are located on hills between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The soil is predominantly clayey with a high organic content. Cultivation is espalier, using only organic fertilizers and avoiding artificial pesticides and insecticides.

The vinification is done according to the traditional method for red wines: the grapes are hand-picked and pressed. They are then fermented at a controlled temperature of 22°-24° C for 6-8 days in steel tanks.

At the end of this maceration, the alcoholic fermentation continues until completion. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for a period of 12-18 months, so that the wine can maintain an intense fruity character. It is then filtered and bottled.
