Neropasso is the beginning of a special project by the Biscardo family , the incipit of the Trilogy. A Venetian red created from slightly dried grapes that promises a unique sensory experience from the bouquet. Cherry, black cherry, plums and ripe fruit are some of the aromas that are released with every sip.
Color: Deep ruby red tending towards garnet with aging.
Aroma: Spicy with hints of ripe red fruit, cherry, black cherry and plum compote.
Palate: Fine and velvety palate with soft tannins on the finish and persistent.
