Ripasso is a classic red wine from the esteemed Valpolicella region, made from grapes "repassed" over the noble Amarone skins to achieve a complex structure rich in tannins. It then ages in oak barrels for 12 months, finally refining in barriques. Biscardo Ripasso is distinguished by notes of slightly bitter toasted almonds.

Colour: Deep ruby red, tending towards garnet with age.
Aroma: Vinous, with a delicate hint of bitter almonds.
Palate: Dry and velvety, with a slightly bitter body, savory and harmonious.
