Biscardo - Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore Ripasso 2021

Ripasso is a classic red wine from the prized Valpolicella region , made from grapes that have been "re-passed" over the noble skins of Amarone to achieve a complex structure rich in tannins . It then matures in oak barrels for 12 months, before being refined in barriques. The Ripasso Biscardo stands out for its notes of lightly bitter toasted almonds.
