Biscardo - Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore Ripasso 2020

Ripasso is a classic red wine from the prized Valpolicella , obtained from grapes "ripassata" on the noble skins of Amarone to obtain a complex structure rich in tannins . It then matures in oak barrels for 12 months, to finally refine in barriques. Ripasso Biscardo is distinguished by notes of slightly bitter toasted almonds.
