The Cuvée Prestige is Ca’ del Bosco’s most recognizable signature, an elegant and luminous Franciacorta that perfectly embodies the winery’s style. It is born from a refined blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, selected from the best vineyards and processed with the meticulous care that has always distinguished Ca’ del Bosco. The grapes are hand-picked and subjected to a unique washing and drying process, thus guaranteeing maximum aromatic purity.
After fermentation in steel tanks, a long aging on the lees takes place, lasting an average of 25 months, the time necessary to bring out its finesse, creaminess and depth. The contained dosage maintains the elegant and dry style of the wine, making it perfect both as an accompaniment to a refined aperitif and paired with fish, crustaceans and delicate dishes.
In the glass, the Cuvée Prestige presents a bright straw color and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it releases aromas of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus and light pastry notes. The sip is fresh, harmonious and enveloping, supported by a pleasant minerality and an elegant and clean persistence.
