The Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edition represents one of the most refined expressions of Ca' del Bosco's production philosophy, a Franciacorta rosé capable of combining elegance, technical precision, and great personality. It is born from a careful selection of Pinot Nero — the undisputed protagonist — and Chardonnay, from vineyards managed with extreme care and harvested exclusively by hand. Each cluster is selected and subjected to the characteristic washing and drying process of the grapes, a signature of the winery that guarantees purity and aromatic integrity.

Separate vinification allows the Pinot Nero to express its most delicate character thanks to a brief "rosé" maceration, while the Chardonnay contributes freshness and finesse. The long aging on the lees, which averages 30 months, provides structure, creaminess, and an elegant complexity, while maintaining a dry and linear style thanks to the Extra Brut dosage.

In the glass, the Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edition presents a luminous salmon pink color and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of small red fruits, pomegranate, citrus, and floral nuances emerge. The sip is fresh, precise, and harmonious, with a silky texture and a clean, very elegant finish. A versatile and sophisticated Franciacorta rosé, perfect from aperitifs to the most delicate dishes.
