Located in one of the highest and most panoramic positions in Valpolicella Classica, the Ca' Pigneto estate overlooks gentle hills rich in light and constantly caressed by breezes that ensure an ideal microclimate for viticulture. Here the vines ripen in a balanced environment, where the altitude contributes to the aromatic finesse and freshness of the grapes.

Organoleptic characteristics

• Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

• Bouquet: elegant fusion of ripe cherry, morello cherry, red fruits, sweet spices, cocoa and slight balsamic hints.

• Taste: full, soft and balanced; fine and velvety tannins; persistent and harmonious finish.

Vinification

The "ripasso" technique on Amarone pomace enriches the wine with structure and complexity. Ageing in wood gives further depth, balance and silkiness.
