The 2018 Millésimé by Jacques Sonnette is a Champagne that expresses the character of the vintage with purity and precision, a generous and perfectly balanced harvest in the Marne Valley. The family-run house has always worked with an artisanal and respectful approach, showcasing the individual parcels and the natural freshness of the terroir.

This vintage cuvée is born from a careful selection of the highest quality grapes , predominantly Pinot Meunier with a touch of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay , a combination that gives the wine personality, structure, and great elegance. The vinification is delicate and meticulous, with controlled fermentations that preserve the fruit and prolonged aging on the lees , essential for enriching complexity, creaminess, and aromatic depth.

In the glass, it displays a bright yellow with golden highlights , accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of ripe citrus, Williams pear, dried fruit, white flowers, and delicate nuances of brioche emerge. The palate is taut and harmonious: mineral freshness, balance, and an elegant structure intertwine in a long, clean, and highly refined finish.

A vintage that speaks sincerely of its terroir and perfectly represents Jacques Sonnette's style: precise, refined and deeply distinctive.
