The 2020 Montchenot 1er Cru Millésimé Champagne is a refined and territorial expression of the Montagne de Reims, a vintage that combines precision, freshness, and depth. The grapes come exclusively from Premier Cru vineyards, located in the area's most suitable communes, where the chalky soils and cool climate ensure slow ripening and a particularly refined aromatic profile.

The cuvée is born from a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay , blended in proportions that enhance balance and mineral tension. The vinification follows a careful and respectful approach: controlled fermentation, moderate use of wood where necessary, and a long period of aging on the lees, which imparts creaminess, structure, and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, the 2020 Millésimé presents itself with a brilliant golden yellow , accompanied by a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet is elegant and dynamic, with notes of ripe citrus, crisp apple, white flowers, chalky minerality, and light nuances of brioche. On the palate, a splendid combination of freshness, texture, and harmony emerges: the acidity is vibrant, the fruitiness is precise, and the finish is long, clean, and remarkably elegant.

It is a Champagne that authentically reflects the strength of its Premier Cru terroirs and the excellence of the Montchenot house, ideal for connoisseurs and perfect for important moments.
