AOC Chablis Premier Cru | 100% Chardonnay | Burgundy, France

From the renowned "Les Fourneaux" parcel, located on sunny slopes southeast of the village of Fleys, comes this characterful Chablis 1er Cru from Château de Fleys. A wine that combines power, minerality, and finesse, perfectly expressing the Kimmeridgian terroir of Chablis.

Produced by a family of winemakers for four generations, this Premier Cru is the fruit of careful viticulture and respectful vinification, designed to enhance the identity of the cru and the purity of the Chardonnay.

Tasting notes:
Bright golden yellow in color. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe white fruit, wildflowers, candied citrus, and a deep mineral note. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with a great balance between freshness, savory flavors, and a subtle spicy finish.

Recommended pairings:
Perfect with savory seafood dishes, butter-baked shellfish, scallops, white meats in sauce, mushrooms, soft cheeses and refined Asian cuisine.
