From the heart of one of the appellation's most prestigious crus, Mont de Milieu, comes this complex and refined Chablis Premier Cru produced by Château de Fleys. Located on the right bank of the Serein river, this cru benefits from excellent exposure and soils rich in marine fossils, which give the wine elegance, structure, and great aging potential.

A superior Premier Cru, signed by a family-run winery that has worked with passion and respect for the terroir for four generations.

Tasting notes:
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, peach, almond, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it is broad, creamy yet taut, with a marked minerality, well-integrated acidity, and a long, persistent finish.

Suggested pairings:
Perfect with refined dishes: fish in sauce, crustaceans (lobster, crab), seafood risottos, white meats, foie gras, vol-au-vent, and blue or aged cheeses.
