Located on the right bank of the Serein River, this cru benefits from excellent exposure and soils rich in marine fossils, which give the wine elegance, structure, and great aging potential .

Tasting notes:
Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, peach, almond, and a hint of flint. The palate is broad, creamy, yet taut, with a pronounced minerality, well-integrated acidity, and a long, persistent finish.

Recommended pairings:
Perfect with refined dishes: fish in sauce, shellfish (lobster, crab), seafood risotto, white meats, foie gras, vol-au-vents, and blue or mature cheeses.
