Produced by a historic family winery in the village of Fleys, this 2023 Chablis from Château de Fleys is the perfect expression of Burgundy Chardonnay: fresh, mineral and incredibly elegant.

The vines grow on Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, which give the wine the typical sapidity and mineral tension that have made Chablis famous throughout the world.

Tasting notes:
Bright straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and a subtle chalky note. On the palate, it is fresh, precise, and lively, with a long, savory finish.

Recommended pairings:
Ideal with oysters, seafood, sushi, fish tartare, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent as an elegant aperitif.
