Produced by a historic family winery in the village of Fleys, this 2023 Chablis from Château de Fleys is the perfect expression of Burgundy Chardonnay: fresh, mineral, and incredibly elegant.

The vines grow on Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, which give the wine the typical savoriness and mineral tension that have made Chablis famous worldwide.

Tasting notes:
Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals white flowers, green apple, citrus, and a subtle chalky note. On the palate, it is fresh, precise, and lively, with a long, saline finish.

Recommended pairings:
Ideal with oysters, seafood, sushi, fish tartare, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent as an elegant aperitif.
