Grape variety: Chardonnay
Alcohol 12.5%
AOC Chablis Premier Cru | 100% Chardonnay | Burgundy, France
This exclusive cuvée, crafted from a selection of the oldest vineyards in the Mont de Milieu parcel, combines the strength of the terroir with extraordinary depth. The "Vieilles Vignes," over 50 years old, are rooted in soils rich in marine fossils and yield a Chardonnay of great complexity, balance, and longevity .
The Mont de Milieu cru is one of the most suitable on the right bank of Chablis: an ideal exposure and a very strong mineral component make this wine one of the most complete expressions of the Premier Cru.
Tasting notes:
Bright golden yellow color. Deep and elegant aroma, with hints of yellow fruit, orange peel, acacia honey, almond, and a pronounced mineral note. On the palate, it is full and vibrant, with great structure, crisp acidity, and a savory, lingering finish.
Recommended pairings:
Perfect with rich dishes: fine fish, baked shellfish, foie gras, white meats in sauce, roast poultry, mushrooms, and mature cheeses. Also excellent with Asian fusion cuisine.
