Powerful and well-concentrated, with an acidic finish that gives it superb balance.

Château Loupiac-Gaudiet is located in Loupiac, in the appellation of the same name in Bordeaux. In 1919, the château was sold to the Ducau family. Thus began the family history with Loupiac-Gaudiet, a journey marked by 6 successive generations. It was in 1986 that Marc Ducau asked his nephew, Daniel Sanfourche, to join him in this adventure. Today, the whole family works side by side on the property: Daniel the father, Marie-Laurence the mother, and Nicolas the son. The 30-hectare vineyard is located around the château and benefits from a southern exposure. The very old vines are planted on the hills overlooking the Garonne, on clay-limestone soils. In 2021, the conversion to organic farming began.

Château Loupiac-Gaudiet is a blend of Sémillon (95%) and Sauvignon Blanc (5%). The grapes undergo botrytization, which concentrates the sugar within the berries, revealing the fruit's aromatic power.

- Gold, ELLE a Table

"This rich, apricot and mango-flavored wine has sweetness and ripe botrytis that is developing well. The generous texture hints that it has a future as a mature, ripe and opulent wine. Drink from 2021. " — Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
