History and character
Saint-Émilion, on the right bank of the Dordogne, is one of Bordeaux's most famous appellations. Its medieval village and vineyards are a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its wines are made primarily from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
The Saint-Émilion classification, established in 1955 and periodically reviewed, distinguishes Premier Grand Cru Classé and Grand Cru Classé. Level B is the second level of the Saint-Émilion classification.
Château Troplong Mondot 2009 is a Johnston Fine Wines selection for those seeking a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru red wine. Available in 75 cl and 150 cl (magnum): discover the other vintages in the catalogue.
