LOCATION: Châteauneuf-du-Pape CHARACTERISTICS: Half of the winemaking process takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for freshness, softness, fruitiness and minerals and then in barrels for richness and fullness stored and aged 8 to 10 months before to be bottled.

A high class wine that deserves its accolades. It can be enjoyed in the year following its production, but will improve over five years or more as it ages. A structured, powerful and fruity wine at the same time. Blend of aromas such as toasted bread, honey wax and white fruits. The wine pairs well with fish, white meats, Mediterranean cuisine (Provencal tuna, cold ratatouille) and with some goat's cheeses.
