Planted on gravelly soil in the commune of Beaumont, this one-hectare plot in the plains is located between the Rhône and Isère rivers. Only Syrah grapes are used.

After a long fermentation and aging in oak barrels, this new expression of Syrah for the estate gives birth to a juicy, gourmet and spicy cuvée.

With notes of red fruits and fresh pepper, this fruit bomb will pair wonderfully with Lyonnaise charcuterie, pâté en croûte, Bresse chicken, veal chop with chanterelles or even lamb chops with rosemary...

TERROIR:
Clay-gravelly soils in the commune of Beaumont.
Area: 1 ha.
Grapes: 100% Syrah.

VINIFICATION AND AGING:
Long vatting (3 weeks) after destemming in thermo-regulated concrete tanks.
Malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Alc: 13%

Domaine Rémi Niero is a small family estate producing traditional wines with a high concentration of flavors in the Condrieu and Côte Rôtie appellations.

The estate is HVE certified (high environmental value).
