Planted on gravelly soil in the commune of Beaumont, this one hectare plot in the plain is located between the Rhône and Isère rivers. The vine used is only Syrah.

After a long fermentation and aging in oak barrels, this new expression of Syrah for the estate creates a juicy, tasty and spicy cuvée.

With notes of red fruits and fresh pepper, this fruit bomb will go wonderfully with Lyonnaise charcuterie, crusted pâté, Bresse chicken, veal chop with chanterelle mushrooms or even lamb chops with rosemary...

TERRITORY:
Rolled clay pebble soils in the commune of Beaumont.
Surface: 1 ha.
Grapes: 100% Syrah.

VINIFICATION AND AGING:
Long tub (3 weeks) after destemming in concrete vats
thermoregulated. Malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Alk: 13%

Domaine Rémi Niero is a small family-run estate that produces traditional wines with a great concentration of flavors in the Condrieu and Côte Rôtie appellations.

The domaine is HVE certified (high environmental value).
