The grapes come from various plots in the municipality of Marsannay north of Gevrey-Chambertin, the soil is made up of gravel and boulders. The harvest takes place manually in small 15 kg boxes, the destemmed grapes are delicately pressed, followed by cold decantation of the must and fermentation in wooden barrels. The refinement takes place in 228 liter wooden barrels.
