DENOMINATION: The Rully denomination produces red and white wines.
It has also been one of the most significant places for the production of Crémant de Bourgogne since the beginning of the 19th century. The nuances between the wines are the result of the difference in soils, exposure and altitudes. At an altitude of between 230 and 300 metres, the slope generates wines that rival the best of the nearby Côte de Beaunes. Pinot Noir soils: brown or chalky, not too clayey in texture. The Chardonnay soils: clayey-calcareous.

SURFACE: 0.80 hectares

SOIL: Calcareous clayey

VINIFICATION: 100% harvested manually, upon arrival at the company
cellar the grapes are pressed directly without crushing. After a light decantation, the musts are placed directly in barriques. Aged 15 months, 12 of which in barriques (10-15% new).

TASTING NOTES: Color with golden reflections. Beautifully complex with a long finish in the mouth, it explodes on the palate with hints of almond, acacia and fruity flavors including lychee and apricot.

AGING POTENTIAL: 7 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13°C

PAIRINGS: To be served as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to all sea and river fish. Also served with white meats such as Bresse chicken with morels or veal in a cream sauce.
